• Not having dust constantly in our nose or throat or skin.
• Seeing our parents.
• Giving our gifts on return (we've done a particularly good job at choosing them).
• Comfortable sofas.

• Diving (Hannah).
• Trashy TV (no religious channels).
• Various food items.
• Not being woken by a matatu horn.
• Having a working toilet.
• Not having to avoid/catch cockroaches.
• Going back to school.
• Being able to change the temperature of the shower.

• Easy internet access, all day long.
• Not having unidentified puddles in the bathroom.
